Dima Mansour

Dima Mansour is the Operations Manager at Value Insight Realty. Dima is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the real estate brokerage operations including financial management, marketing, human resources, and technology. As part of her role, Dima is also responsible for relationship management with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors. Dima plays a central role in executing on the organizations’ strategic plans and many wide projects.

With nearly a decade of experience in human resources across a diverse set of industries, ranging from financial institutions to consumer retail, Dima brings a breadth of skills in business management. Dima’s commitment and contributions have resulted in meaningful impacts on the organizations she has been part of.

Her responsibilities and efforts have led to streamlined processes, operating efficiencies, enhanced employee engagement and productivity, among other performance results.

Dima holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Science and Canadian Governance from Ryerson University. Dima is also currently working on Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Six Sigma Global Institute (SSGI), a globally recognized certification in project management that focuses on empowering professionals to lead project teams and manage process improvement initiatives.
