Daniel Kershen is the Senior Vice President at Value Insight Realty. Daniel specializes in landlord and tenant representation as well as investment and advisory services and has been personally involved in transactions totaling in excess of one hundred million dollars in aggregate over the past decade.

With nearly a decade of commercial real estate experience, Daniel brings a diverse skill set and has completed numerous transactions on behalf of corporate, institutional and private tenants, landlords, developers and investors.

Daniel’s strength lies in his ability in developing and maintaining relationships by consistently providing his clients with proactive and comprehensive real estate solution that are focused on long-term success.

Daniel has represented and facilitated deals with many established brands, start-up concepts and retail clients. Some of those clients include Shoppers Drug Mart, Dollarama, Harvey’s, Mastermind Toys, Tim Hortons, Little Caesars, Sweet Jesus, Muncheez Creperie, Tint World, Code Ninjas, Blinds To Go, The Brick, Pizza Pizza, among many others. Daniel has also worked on behalf of and transacted with a wide range of developers, landlords and institutional real estate investors all over Canada, including Tribute Communities, Desjardins Group, Liberty Developments Corporation, Trinity Developments, Medallion Corporation, MegaPro, Beystone Properties, to name a few.
